*If you are wondering how long a project will take, know that we take pride in maintaining a strict schedule. After the owner selection process, the long lead times are ordered. The schedule will be tailored around the delivery dates of the owners' choices. Rest assured, Collier Renovations will not begin work until all the products are available to complete the project.
**Note: We can provide expedited service to allow homeowners to minimize time away from home. Staying at home throught a kitchen renovation would be difficult, while others are more easily protected.

*As far as costs go, renovations are challenging and require a specialized partnership between the Contractor and Owner. Our sale and design team will work with you, and when you need our advice, we will be ready to assist. Once the decisions are made, we will provide a detailed proposal.

*When permitting arises, Collier Renovations can apply and pick up the permit for a minimal fee. The owners of course have the choice if they'd rather be the one to apply and pick it up. Unfortunately in most cases, a permit will be needed. County jurisdictions are desperate for cash flow, and the easiest way for any jurisdiction to collect money, is through code enforcement.
